Default Torque specs

I need to know the torque specs for all the bolts to the engine. I'm starting on putting the engine back together tomorrow when I get the cylinder hone & ring compressor.

I have a hanes manual, but the machine shop told me not to use the book's specs because they will make the rod & main bearings wear faster, but I can't remember how much he told me to torque them down & it's quite far away.

I went w/ Haynes...Chilton has pretty much the same specs, too. I don't know the specs off-hand, but i know the cylinder head bolts (or studs) should be tightened to 65 the first time (working from the center=>out) and 70 the 2nd time around. If you still need the others let me know and i'll post them.

Roller rockers are adjustable, therefore custom tuning applies. Also, I wouldnt recomend using roller rockers without screw in studs and guideplates. theres quite a bit or machine work involved there.
