id say buy it.. if ur friend helped build it and he knows whats its got then you would know thereb was no hack job.. but 2500 seems a bit much for a motor w/ 10k on it already.. but thats me

That's not a bad price if it's what you want. I have a friend that's been trying to sell an engine for a while, it's a standard bore 302 with TRW forged pistons, twisted wedge heads and a Comp custom grind nitrous cam.He has it in the car and you can hear it run. AtMIR it ran an 11.97 @115 mph with 100 hit and no traction leaving. I know it was 100 hit because I put the jets in it. He also wants $2500 for it.
