if u dont have a heater and its due to the heater core, replace the core while you have it apart, the electrical hook ups and controls most likely arent the same because the pre 86 dash is completely diffrent than 87-93. I was told it wont even bolt up right, but the dude could have been wrong

research on the net and see if they bolt up right and wheter or not the electrical and other hook ups are the same.

ive done it to a 84 rag the full conversion its not that easy and it dont bolt right in and the wiring is all diff i also changed my complete heater box and it doesent bolt right in either and when you change your console the e brake handle dont fit it has to be moved over

hew westrides how the hell does your car move in that snow? I got my car stuck in my buddies backyard lastnight with like 1in of snow!

it dont move very good in the snow you almost got to push it but its a convertible it weighs more so its a lil better in the snow i would think compared to a regular stang
