Default Oilpressure loss

ok my mustang has 200,000. miles on her and she is ready for a new motor but she needs to make it one more year. The problem is that the oil pressure started droping bad. i changed the oil and it picked up but once she gets hot the oil pressure is none ecxistent. So I installed a new oilpump and screen and the pressure was good and high. But again when she gets hot it drops down not to the bottom just to under the A on normal. Ok what could this be. I've heard it could be distributer and i've been told it could be a valve. Do you guys have a good guess and if so can you explain.

Default RE: Oilpressure loss

get a real mechanical gauge

when i hooked mine up, i noticed pressure was only 20 psi

i threw in a bottle of lucas every oil change since then and pressure is a steady 44 psi at idle

if i beat on it though it will drop to about 35 psi but thats only if i run her hard
