more problems!! awesome. here goes. for the past few days, my car(90 gt 5spd) has been sputtering(for lack of a better term), when i try to accelerate. say im doin 30 and i drop down into 2nd, when i hit the gas after that, it doesnt want to accelerate, and it makes a popping noise you can hear through the exhaust. the noise sounds like small backfires. after about 20 seconds it goes away, and starts to go fine. anyways, today, i was on my way to work, i stopped at a light, and it stalled. started back up and went on my way, sputtering. then after driving about 2 minutes, it started to sputter so bad it almost stalled doin about 40 mph in 3rd. i had to put it in neutral and give it gas to prevent it from doing so. i finally got to the next light, and again it stalled even while giving it gas. after that it did not want to start. i started it and was about to go and there wasnt enough power going through to get the car moving. i went to restart it and nothing happend. didnt even crank over. this happened twice. the 3rd time i tried to start it, it did crank, but wouldnt start. now what is wrong. im thinking the fuel pump **** the bed. any idea would be greatly appreciated.
