why not both??? cause you need to take the upper off to get to the rockers, and to replace the manifold you have to take the intake off anyways which would let you get to the rockers, so save your self the trouble of having to replace the gasket twise and do it all at the sametime.....thats just my sujestion (ive done it and its so much easier to do alll at the same time)
i would to intake first if you want the most gains,, the rockers will give you a more lumpier sound but you cant just save those for when you do you heads and cam
I think you would feel the most from the u/l intake. I've heard that the roller rockers aren't going to add much of anything as far as horsepower, they just help smooth out the valvetrain.
