Default i have a question that might stump you

Hello everyone my name is Greg, so I guess ill just jump right in to my ?, I have 89 Gt and im pulled the motor it was all bad. im puttin it back together with a 347 stroker kit and what not, my question is i want to switch from fuel injected to carb, anyone know where i can get a wiring harness, im trying to have it up and running by april, so any advise would be AWESOME thanks everyone and i hope to talk to you all.

you don't need a wire harness to convert to carb....mainly you can eliminate your current harness and use the sensor feeds for the gauges and pull a 12v switched ignition feed from the existing harness plug in by the firewall and run the ignition off that....if you plan to use a duraspark set up you can make your own short harness....I did, it worked great.......... if you plan to use a ignition set up such as MSD then the question is a mute point... but all in all converting to carb is a simple set up if you plan to use a elec fuel pump you can use the existing fuel pump wiring harness with a few minor mods.....but anway depending on your choice of components, it will depend on the best route you will take.

also don't forget to find your 12volt source wire from your alt that is only 12volt after the car is running for your power to your electric choke if your gonna use one. but if your planning on using a manual choke then nevermind
