And realize with no avenue for pressure release, this is a sealed system you ar dealing with now, if it builds pressure it will not just magically go away, that is why the system is designed with a vented overflow system. He was askin why after a few hours it still was spewing everywhere when he takes the cap off...because there is no where for the pressure to escape....

Its not exhaust fumes in the system.
I burped the system completely and took the plug off, I ran a vent tube to a bucket to catch all the excess its working properly now.
At idle it is about a quarter way down in the radiator, but this is normal until I get the overflow tank. So, my engine is not pressurizing the radiator, everything works properly and if anyone wants to come to GA tonight I will supply all the beer and naked women anyman can ask for.
