no you got it, its surprized there are multiple people here who think its perfectly ok to just pinch off the hose and run with it.

And realize with no avenue for pressure release, this is a sealed system you ar dealing with now, if it builds pressure it will not just magically go away, that is why the system is designed with a vented overflow system. Which is why you either need a burp tube or puke can. Am I missing something? I have a tendency to be a little adhd

He was askin why after a few hours it still was spewing everywhere when he takes the cap off...because there is no where for the pressure to escape....

OK... so heres the latest...
Its not exhaust fumes in the system.
I burped the system completely and took the plug off, I ran a vent tube to a bucket to catch all the excess its working properly now.
At idle it is about a quarter way down in the radiator, but this is normal until I get the overflow tank. So, my engine is not pressurizing the radiator, everything works properly and if anyone wants to come to GA tonight I will supply all the beer and naked women anyman can ask for.
