Its the plug (i think its gray) that goes into that connector above the clutch pedal. Its a box with a rod going thru it

Where it plugs in to the pedal assembly itself (box with the rod) unplug it, cut the connector off, and splice the two wires together. Problem solved.

Fun job, I had to replace my clutch pedal bushings.
