Default Valve Clearance?

Does anyone know how much lift i can have with the stock valves/pistons on a 90 5.0? I have an E303 (.498/.498) cam and am getting 1.7 (or 1.72) roller rockers.

My (calculated) lift w/ 1.7's is .529 and .535 w/ 1.72's. Will I be able to run that combo without changing anything else? Please help!!

why so much lift on the stock heads, they wont flow any better up that high unless they've been worked. And ummm... better check for PTV clearance because its gonna be way close.
