Clean your throttle body, MAF(use MAF or electrical cleaner ONLY), check voltage at your TPS. Should fall within .80 and 1.0 volts(Ignition on, car off) Sounds like your idle is WAY too low.

Still need more info. However, i'll trystarting with thebasic cleaning your throttle body, maf, and filter. Also, inspect your wires and plugs. Last thingis also clean your injectors too. I would start there for now before messing with any adjustments and replacing any parts.

How far do you have to turn it before it stalls? A good step would be to check and clean your Idle Air Control. Carb cleaner is great for cleaning it. There are only two bolts holding it in, but it is rather difficult to get to the lower bolt in a 1995 GT. Once you get it off, just spray the hell out of it to remove and residue.
