here is the key..whypbut on a bigger T/B when your mass is smaller. I have no idea why people make it one of the first mods..here's a ex. when I first put my engine together 306 with a 600 lift cam.great heads and a vortech S/C what was I using a 65mm with a 73mm mass and a 10psi pulley...car ran great then I put on a 14psi pulley and it still ran great was only making about 7-8...but only because I wanted more power and I knew where to find it I put on a 75mm T/B.. and a 86mm maf...I get 15psi witch has givin me about 60-80hp. My point is a 65mm T/b is fairly big and until an injector change is warrant why waste your cash. a 67mm is the biggest t/b to put on a stock intake with alot of porting for the opening

Ok, Ok, everyone says gears, but although gears are great, as were the 4.10s in our GTO. They are a huge pain to put in; depth, alignment, etc. I found gears for like 180 something on summit, how much would it cost on average to put them in. My buddy just put an extension on his house for a 6 car garage and has a 10 sec SVO turbo mustang, along wiht a 347 96 cobra, and another svo, not to mension the supercharged lightning. Anyway, he puts all the tough stuff in like my clutch so i guess he could do it, but I would still pay him of course. It would be up to him what he wanted from me, but what would it cost at say some other place?
