I think it is a stock Ford roller block. I have the same triple X's on my block which was purchased as a crate motor back in 2003. I am pretty sure it is made in the US. Try calling Ford Racing and see what they tell you.

I have a 302 Truck block and it has YYY on it. Belive it came out of a 89 F150
