5.0L and 5.0 HO diffrence?

Whats the diff between a regular 1988 5.0 302 and a 1988 5.0 302 HO? thanks

I believe the differance is the cam and the firing order.Someone will probaly correct me if im wrong though!

The throttle body (and I assume EGR spacer too) is a difference size also. 50mm maybe? I'm not sure.
