replacing valve guides in heads?

*bangs head against the wall*
MANLEY = BAD
i dont know how many times i have to say that before everyone here figures it out. i repeat, MANLEYS ARE JUNK. use Ferrea, or REV if you find a decent deal on them.
i dont get why all those broke. bronze is a soft metal, so it shouldnt snap like that - plus there isnt really any sizeways pressure on the guides unless they screwed something up building that motor.
i'd go for the new set, your gonna be into the used set for as much or more than the new ones and you still end up with used heads.

+1 on the new set.
I just recentlly got a quote for complete head job with all new guides and seals for $402 US.
when all said and done you're into that new assembled set with less hassel, hopefully...
