Default what would you do?

I know im gonna get blasted for this Pro, but noone is ever in the general tech area, so i think i will try my luck, the guy says taht the bolt is half chipped and no repair needed. what would you do?

bbf, "385" series 42/460 most likely the 466 im about to get. and just port em out on the exhaust and intake, and make hopefully with a good cam around 550-600 at teh fly plus all the torque you can handle
