rubber plug?

Default rubber plug?

Does anyone know where I can get a rubber plug to plug this hole? I attached a picture. Its in the bottem of the trunk under the spare tire. You can see and touch the fuel tank through it. I dont know how it was factory this is how mine was when I bought the car. ?????

50resto has a grommet kit that has the plug for that hole. You have to buy the whole kit though.
