94 MUSTANG GT 5.0 WHATS IS IT AND WHERE IS IT LOCATED ON THE CAR?? I CANT FIND WHERE TO PLUG MACHINE

a small plug thats square and grayand few inches long and a trapezoid shape one thats black with a black cover em that says eec test on it. usually clipped or hangin on the inner fender.

there should be but over the years sometimes it gets lost or broken. Usually has a pain in the a$$ clip holding it to the fender is all.
