Default Bought some GT40P's: a couple questions

I completely rebuilt my carb'd '91 302 about a week ago (hurray for oil pressure), however I had to slap the stock heads back on due to every pair of GT40's dropping of the face of the planet when I needed them. Now that I have a set of P's, I have a couple questions before I bolt them on this weekend.

Nobody advises re-use of a week-old head gasket, correct? So, do I need exactly the same gaskets that I would use for a stock '91 for the heads, intake, and exhaust?

Am I in for any other surprises? I know about the issue with P's and headers and spark plugs.

Thanks in advance folks!

Also, is it just the drugs or does Summit not sell felpro head gaskets for a standard bore 302? I can only find 4.100in, I got my current standard bore gasket from them, but as part of a whole rebuild set. If anyone can give me the part numbers for the head, intake, and exhaust gaskets I would be very appreciative. >< Thanks!

Lol, I'm in La Jolla, CA; I'm just a noob as far as these things go, though. Heads are easy though, you're better off buying a torque wrench with your money and doing it yourself.

I bought my head gaskets from advance autoparts... they were ~$19 each
