actually that sounds about right. i was looking at the peice before the post was made and i noticed that with all the paint and browness on it there was a peice by the lip that is very smooth, you can tell something has been rolling on it. thanks for the answer now i have to figure out how to get it back on.

about the rust, my stang is an 88 with 206 000 km on it, and it has been winter drivin for like the first 4-5 years of its live so thats why its brown. thing is my car was painted pearl white, very nice with my hood, and some of the paint here and there is peeling off the metal and makes certain areas look gay. but other than that everything runs strong so i dont care.
