Default RE: equal lenght shorty headers

+1 My last Mustang had Bassani 1 5/8 equal length shorties, and one of the pipes bends out so far it basically touches the shock tower on the passenger side andit melted all the paint off the shock tower and then the whole shock tower started rusting like crazy!

Default RE: equal lenght shorty headers

I love my Equal lengths. On the drivers side I didn't even bother trying to put it up through the bottom. I jacked up the motor and removed the master cyclinder, then with a little effort, it dropped right in place. The steering shaft is in the way trying to bring it up from underneath. Good luck man.
