I was just thinking of dumping that GM sychromesh fluid and trying something else.

ok well thanks for the replies guys.So Im guessing that the mobile 1 synthetic will do just fine.I already dropped it off at the guys house to do it anyways,so It better be good enough lol.

It's the older transmissions you are thinking about Keek. Many, if not all the older stuff required gear oil.

synchomesh is my choice... im a former dsm guy and those mitsubishi trannys are junk!!! ive always ran synchomesh in those trannys and never had a problem... except launching a 450hp awd car with a stock tranny uausally never comes out good lol
