Ooops..my bad...you said 300hp to the ground. My calculations were 300 flywheel hp.
So, without recalculating, MD's numbers are more accurate...sorry MD

Don't forget to add your weight into the equation.

I just threw my own personal educated guess... honestly though the only thing a calculator can really give you an accurate estimate on is trap speed... like vfart said traction is just as important as horsepower. My guess was for getting descent traction on street tires... a 2.0 60' or so

uhhhh....weight is part of the equation dude. I used flywheel HP instead of RWHP.
I went back and recalculated for RWHP using 3800lbs and I got 13.51@99.7mph
But, like MD stated, that's based on having proper suspension and tires.
Think of it as you cars potential.

YOUR weight, I already know the cars weight is in the equation. if you weigh 150 lbs. & get in a 3800 lb. car it will then have a total of 3950 lbs.

truthfully no one can really give you a precise estimate... The calculator only does simple equations it doesnt add or take for gears, drivers, traction, or anything like that... You could have like 300 to the wheels and be over or under geared... The only thing you could do is take it to the track and see... The calculator will tell you what you will run in a perfect world (if you know what i mean)....

Also that is a perfect launch and hook up with no spin. Why is it kids get stuck on a LS1. People never learn.
