ok cool, that sounds likea good deal, now what exactly does a nonsyncronized transmission do? ive heard of it before but never really understood it>

It is the same as a pro shifted transmission. There are large openings in the gear engagment mechanisims. A syncronizer speeds or slows the gear to engage with small tiny teeth. Dog ring engagment, as it is called just goes in. Here is a link to Liberty Gears that has pictures and explains it somewhat. Liberty will modify your exsisting gears but all you will have is a stock T5 that can be shifted at ultra high rpms. G Force actually sells improved gears to stand the abuse and be shifted at high rpm with a lot less chance of missed shifts.

ah never mind found the answer, it says thought "Neither are synchronized, so they make street driving difficult" is it really hard or what ? cause this will be a street driven car so i dont want it to be a bitch. But it is for drag racing (dont want the auto because im in love with stick......for now).
