I didnt read anyone talking about transmission fluid could that play a factor in this at all?

You could also try rev. matching. It's pretty self explantitory. When you shift, let your RPMs get down low enough to where it will allow the next gear to engauge easy. If you down shift, rev your engine and match the RPMs again so it is also a smooth transition. I have over 100,000 miles on my tranny because this is how I drive.

thats all and good for easy driving..were talking about shifting methods that will alow someone to have better life out of a tranny there romping on extreamly hard..
