how well does the cobra intake perform on a 5.0? or is the trickflow unit a better choice. I know the ssi is not a great one, so I'm not looking at that.

I'm saving up for some more speed parts for the 91...even though I still dont have it....[:@][&:][]

SSI isn't that bad performance wise from what i hear, but i heard they are a bitch to install and not worth the effort.

Well the Cobra intake will have modest gains, but the trickflow will flow a hair better, but unless you get the H/C to complement the intake, neither will make that much of a difference.

Agreed, The cobra intake alone was the biggest waste of $$ for me. Spend the money on gears or something more beneficial. Re-search more and to a complete HCI.

Remember that the Cobra intake is only a slightly improved stock part.
Dont expect alot from it.
Spend a few more bucks on an Edelbrock or Trickflow.
