Should it be 10* BTDC instead ATDC?
You would have to advance about 23* to get to 13* BTDC...

Yeah. I meant BTDC. I pulled the distributor and turned it two teeth, and then dropped it back in. Set up a light, and pulled out the plug. Set timing to 14*. It runs awesome. Thanks for the help everyone.
