Throttle body

I was thinking about purchasing a BBK 70mm Throttle Body. I am going to keep my stock intake for a while, so do I need to purchase anything else to hook up the throttle body?

So the TB plus EGR spacer... Alright, I am looking at the BBK 65MM TB so I need a 65MM EGR spacer right?? Not trying to steal the thread, just another Q...
