what about my car? its an 86 so i dont have a MAF, do i need to convert it to one if i buy a CAI? i know in some places ive seen that if i buy a CAI i have to buy the MAF conversion too

I got a question. I see how a throttle body that is too big can hurt your hp a bit, but how does a MAF that is too big do the same, or does it? Because its just reading the air and usually more flow = better.
