Default 5.0 Nitrous Motor Write Up????

I just wondering if anyone on here had a good website or link for a 302 5.0 Motor Build??? Would be greatly appreciated if you would post them. I'm considering buying a 5.0 302 for my 1985 Drag Ranger I was kind of leaning towards nitrous or a turbo setup. Thanks.

If you want to spray then use a decent block.... Ispray and on just the motor I had a fairly stout build and sprayed a 100 shot and now I'm loosing oil pressure at hot idle = down to 10 psi and on a rev it'll go up to 35 max and drop off quick to 10 psi......It's quite possible I may have cracked the block under the crank up to the cam bearing oil gallies[:@]...I'll know for sure by tommorrow evening.....but my point is if you plan to spray on top of a well built motor start with a good foundation and sturdy block

Will I was wondering what type of block and rotating assembly I should run for a 150-300 shot of nitrous?? Also what type of heads and intake too??? Looking for a low budget build. Was thinking of a 347 Stroker. . . ? But what type of components should I run?

i havnt done this personally yet, but from what you say, you should get at least a Boss 302 block/probably a dart or world production block. the 347 rotating assembly will need to be at least rods and pistons forged, and i would also do the crank....heads and intake should be matched to your cam, and something like a AFR 185-205 should do you just fine, .........with a 150-300 shot you are looking at you will NOT be able to keep it cheap, unless you only want 1 or 2 passes off the thing

"Looking for a low budget build"...don't run nitrous then. Aftermarket block, all forged rotating assembly....I suppose it depends on your definition of "low budget".
