Default Carb or Fi for Blower

I want to add a supercharger to my 5.0. I have the following:

94 5.0 Cobra block

Twisted Wedge Heads

B Cam

Headers, Off road H, 2 Chamber Flows

Holley 650 Double Pumper

Performer RPM intake

Cobra Roller Rockers
[/list]

I need more speed.

Should I go to fuel injected and a supercharger? or should I stay carb'd and add a roots type or something?

If I go fuel injected, is there a product that has the intake and super charger in one or do I need to buy both? What all would I need?

If I stay Carb'd what type of blower should I get?

Any suggestions and info will help. Thanks !
