power steering pump queston

I have an 89 mustang gt and I need to replace the power steering pump on it. I can't fit a pulley puller in the space provided. Do I have to remove the radiator to remove the power steering pump?

No, you may have to remove the shroud though. The pullers are small, are you using something other than the correct one?
