Default Emmission Check Valve won't come off

hey everyone, my emmission check valve - located on passenger side of the car (there are 2, this is the one on top) is rusted on and won't budge. I have to replace it because there is a hole in it. I'm afraid i'm going to bend the metal tubing it's connected to if I continue to try and take this thing off with a wrench. I've tried PB Blaster and had the car sit overnight and still the thing won't move. Has anyone had this problem? Any advice? Anything better than PB Blaster to remove a rusted on bolt? thanks for your help.
