Spoiler brake light

Anyone know how to get this light to work on a 91 Fox GT spoiler? It stopped working after I got the car painted. At first I thought the peeps who painted it just didn't reconnect it. So I went hunting and sure enough, it wasn't connected. I connected it and changed the bulbs but the lights still aren't coming on.

Any help would be great.

Check the ground for the light first.

50resto might have them.
