ignition module, or water inthe cap and rotor... im 99% sure this is ur problem, ford are NOTORIOUS for having problems with water getting in the cap and rotor. go buy new ones, shouldnt cost much at all, that should definetly solve the problem

when was the last time the spark plug wires were changed?? bad wires will act up when it rains or in really high humidity. also make sure that you use the silcone dielectric grease on the wire boots to seal out moisture. you can get this at any auto parts store.
