I just got my fuel pressure gauge, and dialed in my pressure to 40psi, and my car is still running a little lean. At least I think it is. It runs a little warm, and pings under full throttle. I just adjusted my timing to just ahead of 0 degrees. I'm thinking I need a new, cooler, thermostat. Here's a list of my mods:
Ported stock heads
B303 cam w/1.7s
70mm tbody
76mm maf
BBK shorty headers
MAC h-pipe
24# injectors and adjustable FPR
CAI
My neighbor and think that it pings only when the car gets really hot, so maybe a new thermostat will help out. Let me know what your thoughts are.

stock timing is 10 degrees

so i think you need to start there and see if it is better or worse

Timing is set right at 10. I want to bump the pressure up a bit, is it safe to go higher without hurting my injectors? They are FRPP.

they should be fine and try 42 psi
