Default Smog Removal??

Hey, Im thinking about eliminating the smog on my car. It is a 1995 Gt 5.0 I was wondering if anyone has ever done it on a sn95 before? I know i would have to get a kit to put in place of the smog pump.. but what else is envolved? Taking the metal lines out of the manifolds.. blocking them off? Just lookin for a basic outline as what all needs to go.. what all needs to stay? thanks alot

if possible just get a shorter belt to bypass the pump dont use a delete kit. When i was on the highway my alternator bracket broke where the delete pulleybolts to, it through the belt off and made my day suck. That probably was a freak thing, but still....less pulleys=less parts to break
