Default Leak questions(more then one fluid)

My 87 that I bought developed several leaks, one which looks like it it comming from the bell housing, Rear main seal right? Are there any other possibilities?

Its leaking at the tailshaft on the T-5 where the U joint is I am assuming this would be gear oil. What would most likely cause this to leak?

Also it is leaking power steering fluid, frrom what looks to be the bottom hose. What would cause this to leak in this particular area, any ideas?

All input it greatly appriciated, thanks

Is it possible to use some kind of stop leak to soften up the seals. Will this solve my problem? has anyone done it

Let it leak then, my buddy's rear main seal in his 93 LX has been leaking since he bought the car and probably long before. Just have to top off the oil every now and then I guess. Same with tranny fluid. I wouldn't let your powersteering go, that could get dangerous.
