I was wondering how to make my cobra foglights work while my parking/running lights are ON without my headlights on?[:@]

you have to go to the convertible top pig tail in the center consol and use it's power wire and splice it into the fog light pig tail....here is a write up on doing it http://www.mustangworld.com/ourpics/fcar/fog2.htm

The way to do it where you just switch two wires in the one harness is very simple, takes about 2 minutes and the fogs will work with your parking lights. if you want the fogs to be on without any other lights you can wire it to the convertible top harness.
