there are allot of great cars you can drop a 5.0 in. Ive seen a 240sx with one, a ranger, and a few others.

the one i would consider most is the ranger, there was a 347 stroker ranger smoking a bunch of lightnings at the track. that was awesome.

go ranger

I vote for a 1970s LTD, you won't have the fishtailing problem anymore! Honestly I'd find another Mustang maybe a 4 banger as you have a lot of parts for it already.

There was just no sense it what you did..and what you really need to do is put that set up back in a Mustang where it belongs and stop thinking it was the type of car and type of drivetrain set up that caused the wreck.....the real cause was lack of driver experience[&:].......so find a roller fox chasis and put the set up back in and in the mean time learn how to take some of the lead out of your right foot when pulling a holeshot!!!

I'm with the above guys. Think, ifyou had trouble controlling that amount of HP in a mustang would it really be more controllable in a car that weighs significantly less? The route with the least headache would be to put it back into another 'stang and learn how to drive. The Ranger transplant sounds cool though and I think that's a fairly common one.

I agree with the guys above about putting it back in a mustang however I do know that you can put it in a mazda miata and I heard they scoot really well with that kinda power.

haha. but yeah, excellent point adder. but don't worry, we aren't all like that, i'm 18, had the car since july, and i've known since basically i was friggin born, if you don't have traction, and you didn't plan on not having it (fishtail, burnout) just let off the f*cking pedal, it's not hard

many times i've overshot a fishtail, all i did was let off, and there ya go, i'm fine
