Default Roll Cage

What thickness/diameter steel should be used for a roll cage? Also, would a 12 ton pipe bender work for this thicknes steel? Thank you

Cage builds depend on what type of racing you are doing with it. 1/4 mile runsI'd suggesta 1 3/4" mild steel with at least .134" thickness. NHRA has guidelines on their website for cage regulations to meet.
