this isnt for my mustang but my bmw, when i am driving down the road if i want to get on it, i have to ease the gas pedal down about 1/2 way beofore going wot otherwhise it sputters and trys to die, i was wondering if there was any gauge i could safly hook up to monitor my fuel preasure while driving,

I think they make an 'electronic' version that does not require fuel in the line, which could break and spray the interior. Checkout summit or jegs...they may be expensive.

don't have a clue where to hook one up on a BMW, but you need what is called an isolator to install a fuel pressure gauge inside the passenger compartment. this device mounts under the hood and the fuel line is installed on one side of it and the line to the pressure gauge on the other side of it but no fuel goes inside the car to the gauge for safety purposes. Autometer makes and sells them along with the fuel pressure gauge you need. check out www.summitracing.com for the necessary parts you need.
