Default clutch quadrant suggestio

I have low pedal grab and a stock quadrant that is just plain worn out. What is the best aftermarket set up to use. Most seem to feel the stock Ford cable is the best in conjunction with an aluminum quadrant and a firewall adjuster. How does the firewall adjuster work? Is it hard to install and does it allow for good adjustment? Any brand recommendations? BBK, UPR, Steeda etc.? Thanks.
