Default tuning a stroked 331 supercharged notch

my friend just traded his ninja for a paxton supercharged 90 notchback stang with a 331 stroker in it...how can he get it tuned? is it ODB2 ports for a SCT tuner or is it totally different?

Nope, totoally different. He'll have to take it somewhere and have a custom chip burned for it. That would be the best thing to do.

There are other alternatives if you wanna try and do it yourself, but unless you have a dyno, and lots a $$$$$, I would just have a tuner do it.

How much boost is he running? I'm buttoning up an install on my 86 GT, whichwe just puta 347 stroker in, but I'm only running 5 psi of boost, and am told by the guy who did the swap that he can tune it with an MSD BTM Timign Master.

At this point, I'm not trying to cut corners and the last thing I want to do is risk effing up the engine, but this guy has built and raced Mustang's his entire life, and feels confident this will be fine. He said if the boost was any higher he'd get a chip burned, but bedcause of where my boost is, and since I don't have an aftermarket fuel system, I'll be O.K. with the BTM and using the FMU.

What injectors and mass air are you using?
