Default How do i change my clutch cable?

My buddies car shudders and hesitates to get in gear each shift. He thinks its the clutch cable not fully ingaging because its stretched and really old. He already has a new one so how do i go about changing this thing.

No one is talking down to you. You made a comment, I called bs. Pretty simple. Start to finish, it can't be changed in 10 minutes. Then you change your tune to "maybe not like 10 but no more than 30". You have to take some other things into consideration. He most likely hasn't changed one before. If he still has the stock quadrant, that's going to give him a fit right there.

Point is, there's more to it than just making the statement you did.

I have not changed one before and have not done much work on the 5.0's or anything involving the tranny for that matter. All i've done is what you see inthe sig.I didn't think it would be to hard looking at it but i just wanting to make sure so that i wouldn't have any big issues when were half way through ya know? Sorry ifit seems dumb.
