How do you remove fuel injectors?
I'm in the process of taking my lower intake off to replace the gaskets. My question is how do take the fuel injectors out? Or is better to unhook the fuel rail or what? Help me out, I'm stuck...
Thanks...

Yup, 2 bolts in each side of the rail. Then lift it off. There may be some resistance but they will come. Make sure you get the o-rings out of the manifold in case they come off the injectors.
You can leave the injectors in to replace the gaskets. Save you some time.

Thanks for the reply PRO... If I leave the injectors in how do you take the intake off with the fuel rail still attached to the lines? What's the best way for me to tackle this task... Will I swrew anything up by pulling the injectors out?

You just have to disconnect the lines... sortof near the oil fill cap... you'll need a special tool though.

Yes, just disconnect the two lines using the special tool, and pull the lower intake complete with the injectors and the lines still attached to them. (at least this way there isnn't going to be any chance of damaging the o rings and having any leaks) - this way won't disturb any injectors.

if you follow the fuel lines to the passenger side rear corner of the engine bay, you will find where they connect to the metal lines.
two small plastic clips, and the whole line disconnects
