you want more power??? Do a H/C/I and gears!!! and then you'll have the power you want

What does H/C/I stand for?
I have my 73mm C&L MAF that I bought for my 88 that I might try in this one, while the 88 is parked for the winter. Any good recommendations for a CAI for the 95? Should I buy one of the adapters to use the CAI's for 86 to 93's?

i have a 95 5.0 and really enjoy the car stock. it is pretty quick eventhough its an aode which i just had rebuilt. it goes when i want it to. from stop lights it hesitates but i keep up with most pre-95 stangs unmodded of course. and when i hit it at like 45 it goes to 65 very quickly and an it goes fast from 65-90 really fast sometimes i get on the highway and im doing 90 mph without realizing. i enjoy the car very much

I would think that the stockcar would be ok, but with the transmission having been changed on mine I have to wonder. It just doen't have a lot of bam you're gone. Nothing that I would expect from a car that is rated at 0 to 60 in 6.7 seconds & a 1/4 mile time of 15.2. I am wondering if the gears in the tranny are wrong. Is it possible that the tranny is from the 3.8 mustang? Can they mate to the 5.0 liter?

A friend just informed me that the same rearends were used in all kinds of Ford vehicles with different gears. He mentioned that the explorers mostly had 3.73's in them. How hard would it be to go the junk yard and get the gears out of another diff? Is there a write up somewhere on how to do this? It can't be that hard I'm sure.

If the car feels weak check your fuel pressure. You'd be surprised how often fuel pumps go on these cars. Mine was previously only putting out 26psi. Once i put a new one in it felt like a new car. It's worth checking and if you are mechanically inclined you can install it yourself.

the +4s aren't bad plugs, made a big dif in the corrolla. but some autolites and some 8.8s will make a noticeable difference. as far as the 3.73's their like 180 bucks last time i checked so get some new ones and do it urself, not too hard. i actually just took my time and paid attention to how it came apart so i could put it back together the same way. u may actually be able to find the step by step procedure somewhere on here. good luck!!! http://dagostinoracing.com/index.php...ducts_id=14821 thats a good one!!!! gear set that is.
