Let me explain better. Usually cars will start right up when you turn the key. The 95 5.0 will crank for a bit. If you turn the key off after it cranks and turn it on it starts right up. I figured there was some fuel problem. I believe there is to be pressure in the fuel line all the time. I went out today after overnight and without turning the key there is no pressure in the fuel line. I think when I try to start it there is a little bit where the fuel pressure has to build for it to start. Ignition is good. I think there is a leak down somewhere and just trying to figure out the firast place to start looking.

you'll need to have a fuel pressure gauge tapped into the schredor valve and verify leak down...once you verify leak down..it should hold pressure for at least 10 min with little to no leak down...if it drops right away to almost 0 then pinch off the feed line before it enters the rails if the leak down stops then the injectors are probably not bad and if there are no external leaks check the fuel pressure regulator vaccum hose for any wetness inside like gas leaking from a ruptured diaphram....but the more common problem would be a bad check valve in the fuel pump which I would probably bet money on..but do GOOD CHECK out by isolating injectors with gauge hooked up while doing so

Normal, Id check the spark plugs, for brown or black around the porcelain.

I loose pressure as soon as the pump isn't running also. I went through extensive checks to make sure the check valve in the pump was holding and that all my injectors were also holding. I have an Aeromotive pressure regulator so I thought that was bad. When I called Aeromotive and asked about selling me a rebuild kit they told me it was supposed to leak down with a high flow pressure regulator and that is was working correctly.
I don't know if this fellow has an aftermarket regulator or not but I just thought I would share my findings. My guess would be the pump as well.
