blown50, the harmonic ballancer is just fine. That was the first thing i checked.

 

Drop your tranny pan and let it drain and replace the filter. In order to get rid of all the old oil you will need a flush.

 

you think a tranny fluid and flush and filter change will fix the issue?

 

If you think it's tranny related. Your symptons sound similiar to what i've had before in other cars. Both fords, it ran much better.

Was there a fix for this? I'm having similar issues in my 91 fox 5 speed.

 

holy resurrection lol, um the problem became less and less of an issue, i ran a sh!tload of fuel injector cleaner through it, and some other stuff and the problem died down dramatically but im sure i could use a front end alignment, now im having an electrical issue.

 

You and I must be driving the same car. I'm having electrical issues now as well. lol
