thediameter of the input shaft (easiest way)
the internal gearing (but that requires a total breakdown)
or the id tag on the case
check out t5 specs on http://www.ddperformance.com
t5 id chart or something like that

theres no tag on it ? should be on 1 of the 4 case bolts
the 1352 number you showed is just the case number.....there are 3 digits after 1352 on the tag.......thats what you need to id it
